How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your account and view your order status anytime under My Orders.

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

What’s your return policy?
Due to hygiene standards, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Yes, all Rare Beauty products are proudly 100% cruelty-free and many are vegan-friendly. Check individual product pages for specific labels.
